We don’t have an onsite carpark. However, guests are welcome to use the carpark at Mailbox Birmingham, with 15% off the £21 per 24-hour rate. The postcode for the car park is B1 1RS and it just a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12pm. Guests who arrive before check in time are welcome to leave luggage with us, free of charge.

The closest airport to the hotel is Birmingham Airport. Located 10 miles from the city centre guests can travel into the city centre by car or train. 

Yes, we do allow pets in the hotel. However, this is limited to one small pet per room and this must be arranged with our Guest Relations Team prior to arrival. Pets must not be left unaccompanied at any time. Guide dogs are permitted at no extra charge.
